This year to mark the crucifixion and death of Jesus, Stone Village Church will offer a reflective and interactive, self-guided experience focusing upon Stations of the Cross. The Stations of the Cross consist of 14 stations, specific moments during Jesus’ last day, beginning with His condemnation. At each Station of the Cross, depicted by the artwork of Jen Norton, participants will have the opportunity to meditate on Jesus’ courage, his suffering, and his faithfulness as he makes his way to Golgotha and the tomb. A Stations of the Cross booklet consisting of prayer, scripture and reflection will be offered to participants. Please note, participants may arrive any time between 7 pm and 7:45 pm as this is a self-guided experience. Additionally, children are welcome to attend, however, SVC Kids will not be offered during the service.
